Marc did a great job of keeping me up to date on the negotiations and did a brilliant job. Then the instructions were really clear on what was required to go ahead on the offer given the 24 hour deadline given. The £2500 reservation deposit is pretty good idea as it goes towards the end deposit of the property. Really good so far.

This company care about their share of your money only. Very charming and full of promises at the start but their only concern is how much they will make from your house sale. The only benefit was a reasonably quick sale and that was the only reason we used them.

FAIL.Contacted then through their FB ad and gave them relevant details. They arranged multiple appointments on phone which they failed to attend. At one point one of their staff talked for 30mins and sounded positive, but failed to followup with their promised 2nd call.In the end we accepted that are flacid and we are now on the market with a real agent: rightmove.co.uk/properties/144120710#/?channel=RES_BUY

I feel that six months for a fast sale at a higher cost is not acceptable. I feel that I could have paid less on the high street in November 2023 for a more convenient service and still completed by May 2024. I contacted Springbok twice prior to writing this review but they didn't respond.
