They told us what the contract contained on an Ipad and it sounded ok but after a few weeks an email attachment arrived with a really bad contract so bad we feel we have been scammed. We used our own Solicitor so DONT USE SPRINGBOK they will undervalue your property and overcharge you, we paid 4 times as much as we would have a proper estate agents. You have been warned.

Someone rang us from Springbok and they were so impolite and spoke to me as if I was a moron. It was more of an interrogation!! - they made out they were doing us a favour by even taking our place on!! Only said what it wasn’t worth !! Not friendly at all just terribly pushy - bad sales technique completely. My advice would be to keep away from them.
