I was sold this company by them saying that they had investors waiting to purchase. This did not happen and it’s now gone on the open market at under market value and zero viewings since I put it on with them in September. I’ve been pushed to price it even lower which I am not prepared to do and I stated clearly at the beginning what my lowest price would be. I’ve been trying to contact my negotiator for over a week without response, emails, phone calls and voicemails. I then contacted Customer Services who said they would respond within 72 hours, still nothing a week later. I have written to Customer Services again but am not holding out for a response! Shocking service from Springbok and unfortunately tied in for 16 weeks!! I would like to be released so that I can use someone who actually communicates with me and who I feel confident is working on my behalf.

They never turned up as I expected (from reading many bad reviews) I may if nothing happens tomorrow give my trusted local sales agent the business (Howdens who seem more professional and have already stated that my bungalow is worth £320k) it should sell fast as there are very few bungalows of this quality standard for sale locally.

Complete waste of timewasters. They promised that I could sell at a lower price than market to 'their' group of investors, for a quick no-chain sale. Once I agreed, they market the property at bottom price and then keep suggesting I lower price. I would suggest that these guys are complete charlatans, but they know what they are doing and are nothing short of con artists. Anyone considering using this company should think again.
