I have been trying to book a viewing of a house in Barrow in Furness for the last 4 days. The agent who I've spoken to has promised to contact me with an appointment to view. They have not contacted me. Should I just knock on the vendor's door to let them know what a stirling job Springbok is doing of selling their property? I'm fed up of phoning to chase this up, and have complained and still heard nada! Not impressed.

Company doesn't comply with GDPR regulations - do not pass them your details. I've lost count of how many times I've 'unsubscribed' and also e-mailed asking for them to stop, but they continue to persist.

Although many people seem to have had a good experience with Springbok, my experience was anything but. I feel I was misled by the advertisement which promises a quick and hassle-free sale. It took six months to sell my flat: the whole process was stressful, as very often my calls to the solicitor or to Springbok were not returned. The initial selling price was reduced by £14,000, from which Springbok took £12,000 in commission. I feel that I was misled and let down by this company, and I could not recommend it to anyone.

I can honestly say I have never received worse customer service in all my life!! Absolutely no communication after being moved over to the progression team. They would end my calls - I knew this because I would ring several times one after another and each time would ring different amount of times, some days I would call them 3-4 times and hear no reply. Emails ignored for days. It was nothing but stress, I wouldn’t pay the £2,500 reservation fee as it adds absolutely no benefit whatsoever. I would NEVER buy a property that was up for sale with this estate agents ever again!

Awful experience.I had moderately high hopes for Springbok properties after the initial call but that went downhill fast after signing the contract. Terrible communication and had to ask for things multiple times to get anything done...and in some cases nothing was done even then. Wanted to at least end on a positive note when it became apparent that they weren't going to sell my property but after requesting that they remove my listing from the site with plenty of notice (over a month's notice) still have to chase this up. It's beyond disappointing and would definitely not recommend them to anyone in the future.

The equivalent of loan sharks for property sales. The contract they give to prospective buyers ties the buyer into a weekly fee if the exchange takes too long. The company did not advise this was optional to engage with in order to continue with the purchase. Fortunately I refused to sign this, only after which they said I could purchase the property anyway via my mortgage as usual. Awful customer service and a long lead time to exchange. Truly dreadful.Overall, SpringBok is focused on fast sales with little care for the financial wellbeing of either the seller or the buyer.
