I had the most pleasant experience with Winkworth when I was looking for an appartment to rent. I have met so many agents during this process but Daniel was the best. No pushing, no rush, no advertisement. He just showed me the flat and I fell in love with it. But even when his job was done and we were redirected to the other company for all the paperwork, Daniel was in touch and helped us a lot. All I think about Winkworth agents - these guys really enjoy what they do :)

I recently purchased a flat through Winkworth - Thomas was my estate agent and was fantastic throughout. It ended up being quite a long process and Thomas was great at chasing up the solicitors and helping to move the purchase along. Highly recommended. I bought property through Dhruv and Sam at Winkworth Shoreditch and I am thankful for their involvement in with the purchase and it looked like I was not going to be able to secure the property. Didn't respond to an enquiry. Prompted, then lied about property status/availability. Shut down responses when questioned about it. The standard of English estate agents is abysmal compared to those abroad, yet people accept this low level, amateurish behaviour...so they get it!

My experience with Winkworth Shoreditch was very good thanks to Daniel. He was amazing! Daniel went extra mile to help me wherever he could - quick turnaround to show me the flat, secured the flat with the price I expected, spared his time to show me the flat again so I could have a quick measurement of the space after my offer was accepted, swift response and communication between me and the landlord, and great support to sort out issues during my settling. It was also very inspiring to see how passionate and positive he was toward his job. I gave up the other flat with loss just because I felt more comfortable and trusting with Daniel's service.
