GoogleWorking with Robert Pearson - feels unprofessional (or assume junior). Issues that we had: 1. Agreed in advance with agency that they will do a professional cleaning for 1 bedroom flat in the end of our contract for 244 gbp + 20% VAT (292.8 gbp in total) which is already expensive. 2. Three weeks after that received a notification that they will deduct 295 gbp + 20% VAT (354 gbp in total). We noticed this only once we completed our re-calculations on what should be amount of deposit returned to us, so there were no transparency with this at all. And the reason is that our flat is duplex (2 floors). But still it is a standard 1 bedroom size and it doesn’t have the balcony, so it sound like that want to charge take extra £62 for hoovering the stairs. 3. Disputes about the damage/wear & tear were based on the inventory report which was prepared not before/and not after the professional cleaning. But - all photos were made !during! the cleaning, where floors were dirty on the photos because cleaners were walking in the shoes on the wet floor. If you work with this agent as a tenant - you can expect additional unexplained charges against you - thus suggest you to ask the agency to give you another representative straight away. Our experience: - For initiation of the rental agreement - worked with a Ivan Fabriccio - 5 starts - For closing of the contract - Robert Pearson - 1 star. YellPoor response and bad customer service.
My children were de-registered without warning for not making an appointment for 6 months. Whenever I tried making an appointment they didn’t allow me to book one unless it was an emergency. So they basically took us off the register for their own failing. Unacceptable service they only cater to their ‘private clients’ and treat NHS patients with no worth.

Currently looking for a flat in embassy gardens where most of the flats are with these guys but the people who work there are so arrogant! A flat i was really interested in, they said they would arrange a viewing and then nothing, don't even bother replying back half the time. This has happened to me more than once with these guys. That's why estate agents get a bad name due to this kind of behaviour!
