GoogleWouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. They are all friendly untill there is no issues and they don't need to do anything to maintain your property. Once there is issues they just ignoring you. Had problems with heating for 3 around months they kept proposing to fix it and in the end told that it is too expensive and they will leave it as it is. When asked for head office/complaint department details they just started to ignore my emails. Would have given 0 stars but 1 is lowest.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

The whole team at John & Co, right from the initial interaction, necessary agreement logistics and post agreement's onboarding to the apartment , were dedicated to help. Every aspects of my relationship managers and important touch points with John & Co were managed extremely professionally. Moreover, it was country movement from me hence had few challenges but individuals at the John&Co were really committed to help and made is quite smooth for me. I strongly recommend team at John&Co.
