The response to queries or issues faced as a tenant is often attended to and resolved swiftly. Recently had a washing machine breakdown in the flat, and Michelle Vasquez who is my property manager was swift in arranging for contractors to diagnose and ultimately fix the issue.

zero if possible. Unresponsive, unprofessional, last minute cancellations, and basically did not take note of one preference despite asking for extensive details. Avoid unless you want to be homeless.

GoogleThe communication with Johns & Co was good up until the letting contract was signed. From that point onwards, the employees are practically unavailable. Emails are not responded to and issues are completely ignored even after seeing them about it personally. I’m quite disappointed in Johns & Co. Especially since I otherwise regard my home as a high-value property. As a landlord I would not entrust my property with them.
