GoogleBooked a view with Josh Ward for a 1 bedroom property. We saw the property was gone from the listings from the day after we booked the view already, but we haven’t been informed till the morning of the viewing ( 4 days after). Very unprofessional to cancel an appointment same day when he could have informed us way beforehand. Please give some training to your agents.

GoogleOur experience as first time landlords with Johns&Co is definitely a very positive one. We received all the required support to find a tenant and all paperwork and administration were taken over by them and handled professionally which also applies to the current administration of the flat. Communication is easy and quick with the respective people in charge and they are very responsive to any question we might have.

YellAnswer to Align & Smile
Dear, Very disappointed one your answer, is not fair you have camera there so please check that. I am a regular client with the hygienist dr Kurum (very happy with), during my regular appointment I did mentioned to him my gum, teeth problem and he raccomand a check up with one other doctor. I was happy to do it any time and any day, it wasn't a emergency for me (otherwise I call 111 and i don't have to pay £75). I didn't ask for a emergency appointment until now i even didn't know you put me like emergency one. The receptionist didn't give me any information before my appointment, the manager didn't help at all, she just make me talk again with dr Alberto. I did emeil you after my appointment and I never received any answer back. Sorprised about your answer, please understand my disappointment one paying £75. I am not here to ask a refaund. I am here to let people know about my experience.
