GoogleTwo days ago, I visited my two apartments at London City Island for the first time since I bought them. I was pleased with the management services, the quality of the building and the overall environment. I wanted to specailly mention Ms Charlotte Moore, the Property Manager who was extremely helpful to take me around the building. I have been communicating with Charlotte through emials in the last two year and she has always been prompt to respond and solve my problems. Thank you!

GoogleAs a first-time (and accidental) landlord, I felt trepidation at the prospect of finding a tenant for our apartment and managing the letting process. In the event, things really could not have run more smoothly or efficiently. The staff at Johns & Co New Providence Wharf and on-site at London City Island have been uniformly professional and knowledgeable. Moreover, the staff have been responsive, friendly and personable, taking much of the stress out of the letting process.
