We have not gone through a proper welcoming in the new flat, entering without even knowing where to look for Meter readings, bin or any other sort of information about the building. We entered the flat and it was completely dirty although it has been claimed that professional cleaning has been done. Absolutely a poor experience.

John’s & Co proactively assisted me with the rental of my property despite the number of issues I was confronted with due to building works. FacebookIf you’re looking for a property agency who will have your best interests at heart, along with having some of the best properties in London - look no further than Johns & Co! I’ve been dealing with Jack for a few months, I had no idea what I was looking for, and the London market was completely new to me. Jack held my hand throughout the whole process, showed me multiple apartments (multiple times) and answered every little silly question I had. Every person in the agency I’ve dealt with has been professional, extremely knowledgeable and absolutely lovely to work with. I highly recommend Jack and the rest of the team, and haven’t stopped singing their praises since we signed our contracts! Thanks for everything!
