They did a terrible job inventorying the flat after I vacated and tried to charge me hundreds of pounds for damage that they themselves documented in the move-in inventory. I vacated the flat nearly two months ago and have still not received my deposit, so I've had to file a dispute claim with TDS. I would never rent another flat managed by Johns&Co

With myself being miles away, we rely heavily on the vacancy management agent to ensure the unit is in good shape at all time. Reports and visit being conducted from your office which we are extremely please on how it was managed. Agent office has been very accommodative on short notices on my request. (I.e. guest visits etc..)
