Amber and Marwa, respectively lettings negotiator and administrator with Johns&Co have made our change of tenant a very sleek, professional, stress free and seamless experience. Within 2 days after giving our approval to market our 1 bedroom in London, we had 2 offers at the prevailing pcm we agreed. Then the whole administrative process has been done quickly and the team kept us updated on the progress with respect to the reference check and all other administrative steps. Each time, we write to them we have a quick, timely, professional and appropriate reply. I can only recommend both of them to market and manage your property.

I have rented my new apartment through this agency and it has been a very smooth experience so far. Oluwafemi Fadeyi, Helena Penn and Rachael Adeyemo helped me a lot. Oluwafemi and Helena were always efficient, communicative and earnest to answer my questions when they helped me sign the contract and complete the preparation for the rental. After I moved in, the communication between my property manager Rachael and me was always timely and effective, and she would solve my problems in the first place. Thanks for their help!

London’s Premier Estate Agent in name only

I have rented in the UK for years and have never experienced something like this. Although I had paid the holding deposit, the agent still tried to negotiate the length of a break clause in favour of the landlady. When I moved in, there were still personal items belonging to the previous tenant(s) in the property. They were removed two weeks later after I had made multiple calls and sent multiple messages to Johns&Co.

Hello everyone! I will not suggest John.co estate agent to anyone. I have moved out of the rental home, and I have not received a response from the estate agent regarding my deposit. They sent me bills for inventory check out, which is not true at all; they are proper thieves and impolite. Make sure you are careful with Laura robson , I don’t t recommend this person . I’m not satisfied, don’t trust to this 💩 estate agent at all , all of them doggy

Tenant with Johns & Co

I encountered a water leak issue in my apartment, resulting in necessary repairs. After each of the three visits by contractors, the apartment became very dusty, necessitating professional cleaning. I requested the landlord cover the costs, but they refused. The agency provided no support and attempted to charge me for another round of professional cleaning upon vacating the apartment. Additionally, due to humidity, mold developed in the walls, and they also tried to bill me for this expense. However, I must commend Spyros Miaris for his handling of my deposit issue; he was prompt, efficient, and extremely helpful, saving the day for the rest of the team. He was extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process, by helping me getting in contact with the right people. In conclusion, it appears the agency consistently favours landlords. Therefore, if you're a landlord, you'll likely have no issues, but if you're a tenant facing a problem, good luck...

dissapointing

Our woes with johns and co continue sadly. All access tags are due to be updated today. Wait in line only to be told the tags we got from johns are not original and they refuse to help us. But wait we can pay £60 for new ones….but jokes on us as they suddenly refuse to issue knew ones without approval. We are told to call for help at the door….get there and system is offline….now we wait 20 min to sneak in with someone else. Call johns and log issue on system….get someone on the phone who promises to email the concierge to issue us new ones….3 hours later we try again….but surprise suprise they never mailed…we wait again to sneak in with someone else. Cant make this stuff up. So now half a day later and no responses and no help from anyone.
