Best tenancy process I’ve had since living in London over the last 10 years. Both Rahan & Victoria have been super helpful, friendly and most importantly very responsive throughout the process, which is very rare with a number of letting agents I’ve worked with before. Would definitely recommend, had no issues on our side with the property (so far!) and when we’ve had queries, they’ve been quick to attend. Communication has been very honest and clear throughout.

Though the first tenants had an early termination of tenancy, but a second tenant was secured almost without a break period during September. I am also very pleased, in particular, with Alexandra Ene who had efficiently executed the new tenancy agreement and the letting agreement with Johns&Co.I couldn't be gladder to have them in managing my property especially I am a non-resident landlord.

When me and my boyfriend found a few apartments we liked, Betsy was very fast to organize a viewing. When we liked one of the places she was very quick to contact the landlords and secure the place for us. The whole process was almost smooth, just at the end, before moving in we were a little bit confused when and how to take our keys so my boyfriend had to go to the agency to find out this information.
