A big thumbs up for this company .I rented a property just over 18 mths ago and the team esp Param Virdee the property manager couldn't have been more efficient or helpful .When the underfloor heating went awry ,param not only chased the contractors regularly but also proactively sourced a radiator and had it delivered so the flat wasn't freezing ! Very much appreciated .He is also responsive to requests for any help that is needed and is honest about how long it will take .thank you.

GoogleI am an expat moved to London with no prior knowledge about London nor UK. They helped me to get to the know the prices and procedure for rental in UK. I worked with Ivan & Cyn - And both were Amazing at their jobs. They walked me through the process of leasing and helped me procure the best leasing option that I needed (none of my prior leasing companies in US were as helpful as Johns & co). Cyn was always helpful anytime I contact her with any issues in apartment - she would get back to me as early as she could with a resolution.
My kudos to Cyn and the rest of the team. Many times they went beyond their line of duty to make sure the tenants were happy with the services. I remember Cyn mailing my documents to New York even after I vacated the apartment - I don't think any other leasing companies would be this helpful. Good luck to Cyn and the team at Johns & Co.

Pro: professional services, prompt advert and finds tenants fairly quick, each step is achieved in good manner and order.Con: I had bad experience before when other agent didn’t transfer rental to me in time. So I asked and confirmed about the transaction plan carefully. However 2 days after the last day as they promised to send the money, I had to ask the team in writing to request the rental. Only until then I was told there’s “technical issue.” If you are not too keen to pay mortgage or other planned spending, this is a professional agent, including being slightly late in paying rental in a professional way. BTW I have not received it and this is the 10th day from tenant move-in.
