Spyros is one of the nicest person I have ever met. He is efficient, has a friendly attitude and is willing to help you with anything. I think he is a role model for everyone. My bed has been broken for a long time. The landlord has been unwilling to reply to my messages and let me use the broken mattress and bed for several months. I feel helpless, but with the help of Spyros, everything has been solved in just a week. I feel very happy and relieved to get practical solutions within a week. To be honest, I never had any expectations for British staff, but he surprises me that there is still such excellent staff in uk.

The updated terms materially increased the withdrawal fee from approximately £1,200+VAT to one full year's fees (£2,136), but this change was not flagged or highlighted at the time of signing.
