GoogleI had a viewing that was not what I was looking for, but Anneleen managed to find exactly what I was looking for and got me a viewing straight away even though I did not have an appointment! She was exceptionally helpful and patient with me as I forgot to check some things during my viewing.
I had a tight schedule to move in, and the team was very helpful throughout the process. Service has been great before and after letting agreed which is rare from my previous experiences with other agencies.

Right from the start, my negociator, Bilal, showed a lot of professionalism and devotion, helping me find the best apartment for my taste. He showed me all the options they had available at the time, plue he kept me updated on the go everytime a new propery was added on their website. He also helped me negociate a price that both myself and the landlord were happy with and made sure to keep me informed during the entire process. Once we agreed on a price, Leigh helped me get the contract ready, sign it and make all the necessary payments to secure the property. During this process, they showed a lot of patience and made sure that I understand what I am expected to do at each point, which I highly appreciated. I worked with them for the last place I rented as well, worked with them now once again, and I will definitely work with them in the future when needed! Highly recommend the company!
