GoogleI have been managing the property let-out for my father and working with Johns&Co has been a good experience so far. The team Gytis, Candice and Louis has managed to let out the apartment above my asking price in less than a month! I must say this is an outperforming team considering the sales capability. The team always responds within hours and has a great onboarding process for both tenants and landlord. I haven't tried other processes with the company yet but here I would highly commend Gytis's team in making this let-out experience smooth and fast. Great work and well done!

The worst agency for renting a flat 🤮No inspection of the flat has been done before move in date, broken doors, damaged chairs, hairs on the mattress, greasy handles, dirty fridge, dirty walls, broken tile in the bathroom, limescale, not kind of things that you’d expect for 1850£ studio

GoogleSuper pushy before signing, nonstop messages and pressure to “finalize quickly.” But once problems with the apartment came up, the agent went totally silent. Amazing how fast they can reply when they want your money, and how fast they vanish once they get it.
