Johns&Co were super helpful while I was looking to rent a property in the Wapping area. My search was being assisted by estate agent Bailey that constantly kept finding new flats and was always happy to quickly follow up on any questions and viewing requests. Even though in the end I went to a different area of town, I gotta say that my experience was very positive and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property in London.

Gytis Serkovis helped us get tenants for our property in London. We live in Cardiff so it was difficult for us to get the property ready and cleaned for the tenancy. He helped us get a good cleaning company even though it was not in their remit as they were not going to do the management. Ryan McCabbe, the manager was very helpful in negotiating their terms and conditions. He was very understanding and went out of the way to get the tenancy start smoothly.However I am not very clear about how their accounts team work. Their communication is not straightforward. They send emails without checking with the team I presume as they are incorrect. If they pay attention to give the customer very clear and account information that can be very reassuring .
Thank you so much for the taking the time to write review. The team in Wapping is great. We are always looking to improve our service levels and this feedback is really helpful.

Service is all about the details. As a proporty owner living in China, I wish my agent could check my proporty as careful as I did by my eyes. Johns&Co did it. I felt Johns&Co is more careful then myself and sometime is even overdoing. I am very satisfied with Johns&Co's services.

Lara, understands that Johns and Co. is acting on our behalf looking after our interests; she pro-actively brings to our attention any regulatory requirements (protecting us); Lara puts in thought in advance prior to approaching us, seeks multiple quotations when it comes to maintenance costs and quotes only the most fit for purpose one, saves us time and effort and makes our lives easier. GoogleHello, Maybe some employees are fine but not all; Far from it. The people in charge of visiting are Charming. Some property manager just dont remember that the tenant is a customer. They protect behind the landlord who you never meet and are acting at the limit of respect and honesty. Just be carefull.
