What a wonderful experience I had with Bailey at the Wapping office. I was a “walk in” and was treated as if I was a preferred returning client. We were able to book a showing/ viewing of a flat for the next day. The Wapping office has such a welcoming atmosphere! Great service and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you all for the experience.

Though the market has been very challenging in E14 property sale market, they managed to sell my properties almost at asking price (& they found me cash buyers)!! Between them, they got me the asking price for my flat in a matter of weeks and then showed initiative and commitment above the call of duty to chase solicitors and other parties on what became a daily basis to ensure completion on the property. Their customer service was fantastic! They are highly approachable, responsive and professional and I would highly recommend them. By far the best agent I have ever dealt with (and there’s been a few over the years. Relieved to have completed on my flat but I’ll miss them!
