dodgy estate agent, very unprofessional they asked me to come to property viewing even the flat is not available to view they asked me to pay 2000 GBP as a reservation fee when I want to make an offer.

GoogleExtremely disingenuous Company, they tried to serve notice illegally and unlawfully as it was not in compliance with section 21. Negotiated in bad faith as the property was put on the market as soon as renewed my contract. Did not give me my 'right to quiet enjoyment' as their sales team would constantly email, call and text to get viewings. They also LIE to try and get extra money out of me but thankfully I am wise to this and informed them they cannot do that. But I can't help but think about the people that weren't aware and were conned by this sorry excuse for an agency.
