I rented with Johns & Co for almost 4 years. To be fair I was gearing up for a terrible check out experience as it is often the expectation that agents make this difficult and try to deduct as much of your deposit monies as possible. To my surprise, I had a very pleasant check out experience. Jordan Ellis-Hope who managed the entire process was nothing but amazing. She was fair, empathetic and even followed up to check that I had received my deposit money. My expectations were definitely surpassed.

Very hit and miss service as landlords.Today excellent, 5-star experience with Adete Gomes for a water leak, fixed in less than 2 hrs. A few months ago took unreasonably long to fix lack of hot water.

GoogleIt was a nice experience i dont really remember his name but was a spanish or southamerican agent was a really nice guy who help me to find the best property that i could have, he was who was dealing with me and my wife and both of us finish this process very happy with the customer service in particular with him. GoogleI just wanted to give some credit to this estate agency. Having rented in London for about 10 yrs it was always a stressful and painful thing I was never looking forward to. I came across to Johns&Co by chance just passing by their office in Canary Wharf, and I was glad I came in - the agent, Arnaldo, spanish speaking guy was nothing but professional, polite, knowledgeable and on the same day he found me a place I wanted. GoogleRenting with JOHNS&CO has been great. Amy and Arnaldo have been extremely helpful and responsive and made the whole experience very smooth. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because we were initially told we would be able to pay our rent using a CC (like other letting agencies), only to find out at the last minute that this was not in fact possible.
