Don't trust John.co estate agents, when you moved in the flat, took a video and pictures everywhere of the rental property, don't trust this people, super doggy, after moved out, it's not easy to keep your deposit, it's too difficult to deal with type of estate agents, if not careful, they keep the deposit, don't believe them at all, no have good customers service and not getting deals with them at all , go find a flat with Foxton
