I had an issue with my heating and Bryony responded within 10 minutes and sorted out an engineer to visit the very next day. The engineer (Dan) was super lovely too and sorted everything out.Very happy with the service from both Bryony and Dan!

Had great support from the entire team, I work mostly overseas and not always able to address tenant issues. Johns&Co have so far managed 3 tenancy’s with very little involvement from me, and the appropriate person from the team has always addressed any issues regardless of who I address emails to…..would recommend them, especially if you need full management of the property
