My husband and I were looking for a new apartment for several months. We had very specific requirements as we were only looking into specific buildings so our search was definitely a difficult one to manage. We are incredibly grateful we found Shareen who did an outstanding job from start to finish! She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, persistent and patient. Her approach felt truly genuine as we felt like she really wanted to find the right apartment for us. We delayed our move-out date because we trusted her and knew she would find the perfect fit which she did in the end. Throughout the several months she always kept in touch and checked in always making sure we were aware of the available options. Also, as a landlord if you want to secure an agent who works tirelessly for you to find the right tenants, you should go for this agency and ask specifically for Shareen! :-)

Gytis Serkovis helped us get tenants for our property in London. We live in Cardiff so it was difficult for us to get the property ready and cleaned for the tenancy. He helped us get a good cleaning company even though it was not in their remit as they were not going to do the management. Ryan McCabbe, the manager was very helpful in negotiating their terms and conditions. He was very understanding and went out of the way to get the tenancy start smoothly.However I am not very clear about how their accounts team work. Their communication is not straightforward. They send emails without checking with the team I presume as they are incorrect. If they pay attention to give the customer very clear and account information that can be very reassuring .
