I have used Foxtons as the property management agent for nearly 5 years, I am especially satisfied with my experience since Tony Chan from property management became my property manager since 2024. He is very professional and proactively in handling with the requests and issues regarding the tenant & property management. He always responds to my enquiries promptly and provides valuable advice.

Our experience with Foxtons has been appalling. We dealt with Oram Ohene-Djen, our letting negotiator, who from the very beginning was unhelpful, dismissive, and often gaslighting us whenever we raised concerns. Instead of supporting us, he downplayed delays, avoided giving clear answers, and left us constantly uncertain.

GoogleI can highly recommend Hena Tariq and her team at Foxtons Wapping. While ultimately my sale went through with my former agent who were, quite frankly, lucky, the Foxtons Team were highly proactive in securing viewings and offers from day one. We stayed in constant contact and I felt listened to as a client. Special shout out to Sada Hasan and Miguel Cabrera for all their energy and persistence.

Non-existent communication. Viewings done by an unprepared team: didn't know level of service charge, exposure, if the appliances were new or not, size of the flat or rooms. One claimed we had replaced the kitchen (we hadn't), another that the Hue Lights we installed were staying in the flat for the buyer (we never said that).

We listed our house with foxtons and the service has been abysmal. There’s been next to no effort or movement with trying to sell the house, no communications with any options etc. You get an account online which shows upcoming viewings - almost all viewings ‘booked’ haven’t actually happened and they don’t contact us to confirm it either. You expect a lot from an estate agent with their level of commission - dont bother.

GoogleI worked with Foxtons Wapping during the purchase of my flat in St.Katherine’s docks. Hena Tariq and her team were amazing in terms of expertise, responsiveness and support. It was ( and is still :)) very easy to reach out to Hena and receive a satisfactory reponse to my queries, her support continuous before-during-after the purchase, which is the most important thing for me ( … and probably for any buyer) I highly recommend to work with Hena & Foxtons Wapping for a seamless property purchase experience

GoogleHena Tariq and Harry Gale were amazing and always on top of everything. The communication was 5 star, they always answered or returned phone calls and emails very quickly and even helped me move the transaction forward by actively engaging with the many parties involved and the transaction was completed smoothly in 2.5 months. Also to mention there was a big difference between Foxtons’ approach and that of all other large estate agents in the area (I had previously engaged with about 5 of them) who were either not very responsive once the contract would be signed or offered inaccurate information to prospective buyers etc. I believe a big issue was that I had a bad buyer at the very beginning who dropped out with no reason and badly damaged the prospect of my ad - Hena was the only one who really took time to understand the situation and didn’t discard my property as inherently faulty (there wasn’t in fact any issue, the property was in better state than many others in the area) as seemed to be the tendency for all other estate agents. I would definitely recommend both Hena and Harry from Foxtons.

Not only that, she was communicating and following up with all parties to expedite the process, she was taking every extra step to ensure her customer satisfaction. She walked the talk she is the best and I can’t thank her enough for all the time and effort and extra work she has helped me with. I will for sure recommend her and only her.
