GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with agent Claire Bobie. She was really friendly and honest with us and we felt listened to. Having had negative experiences when renting from the private sector in the past we didn’t know what to expect. But Claire made us feel that it’s not only about what the landlord wants, but what’s best for us too. In the end, it’s worked for both landlord and us and we’re happily moving to a brilliant flat to make it our home. I would recommend and encourage anyone to deal with Claire when looking for a house.

GoogleHaving just exchanged on my first home purchase I would like to thank Alex and Natalie for their hard-work and commitment to getting this across the line. I had gone through two previous failed transactions with other estate agents so had a varied experience of how other high street agents operate and these were by far the best. Communication is top notch and Alex was completely transparent throughout. I knew I could call at any point to get an update and he would chase down the relevant parties making sure the transaction was moving on all fronts. Access was always arranged at the earliest possible dates the sellers could offer which made arranging things like surveys and follow up inspections a breeze. Great knowledge of the local area which was helpful when viewing and a non-pushy approach to showing properties and follow up conversations around offers. Having experienced another high street agent that was the complete opposite (high pressure tactics and constantly instilling a sense of "you will lose this property" which made me walk away from several properties) I can honestly say this approach is the best way to sell property. The transaction felt more like a partnership approach rather than a high stress sales environment, which makes a huge difference. Biggest compliment I can give the team is that if I am looking to sell or rent out this property at some point further down the line, I will be calling the team at Ludlow Docklands. I have seen how well they work for both the Buyer and the Seller, which ultimately gets us to were we both want to be, a successful completed transaction. Thanks again Alex and Natalie!

GoogleHad a property viewing with Natalie, who was reliable, polite and very helpful - yes, there are Estate Agents of that kind too, so credit where it’s due. Big 👍 Update 12/6/19: no, let’s stick with the usual image we all have of estate agents. These ones here blatantly will advertise Shared Ownership properties at only the 60% share price - and not tell you that that is the case until a mortgage broker confronts the staff with the naked truth. And even then, they continue the deception and continue to advertise online, through text messages and in their shop windows a partial price only: see as an example below how they advertise a £448,000 property. Avoid. Solicitor has been contacted. Watch this space.

GoogleI took me a while to find the right flat because I wanted to have a pet but I learned few things in the process. One of the most important learning was the importance of the attitude of the agent. Anne was super positive, kind and supportive since the moment we've met. About possible problematic issues she was suggesting ways to solve, while keeping the positive attitude and being super responsive. i think right agent changes everything in this process and Anne was perfect.
