Jake and his team at Ludlow where thoroughly professional from start to finish. They got a huge number of property viewings and ended up securing us 3 offers, including one over the original rental valuation of the property. They were kind, courteous, mindful and responsive. Both my wife and I are exceptionally pleased with the service offered and received,. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

SCAM ARTISTS!! I’ve been in a property for a month with no heating, only to be told by the maintenance company that they have sent quotes to this joke of an organisation and they have not received a response, I have had to move out of the property because the temperature are below zero and all they care about is taking your money then when your heating goes they want to act like they don’t understand English. They have worst customer services I’ve ever experienced in my life and I will not being paying any rent moving forward. My property manager Ross who is based completely in a different city is useless and doesn’t even receive emails or answer calls half of the time. I will be seeking legal action against this fraud of a company.

I had the pleasure of meeting Hena Tariq from Foxtons for viewings. She's patient, good listener, very personable and always open to learning about the buyer and their requirements. I saw some of the best properties in the area with her and appreciated the insight she had to offer :). She also went out of her way to connect us with their other office's correspondent so would cover more than one areas in the same day because of our limited time for viewings. She's great :)

We rented a house through them. At first, it was great, we generally spoke to one guy who was amazing (Hassan), we later found out he was no longer working for the agency, I wonder why... After her left, it was an useless experience. At the end of the tenancy, they tried to scam us 250 pounds to remove hair from the property. Our landlord (they never came or saw the place) trusted their word and had no idea that their request was ridiculous and unfair. The property was clean, so we demanded an explanation + we let them know that it was illegal to ask tenants to pay for the cleaning at the end of tenancy. We obviously did not pay. Good luck if you have to deal with them, and have patience.

Chloe from Foxton, Wapping office was absolutely amazing at her work. She knew exactly how overwhelming looking for an apartment could be and she comforted us right from the beginning. She was calm and heard all our filters to narrow down on an apartment. After she got the filters she worked on it and showed us the properties that fit the requirements. I had a amazing experience selling my 2 bedroom flat with foxtons. All the viewings were done in a professional manner by Elizabeth, hena and Harry. Once the offer was in place honestly if it wasn't for Hena giving me the heads up on things that would come up I think the sale would have been very difficult to get over the line in a timely manner .
