Had the worst experience with this agency. They let me an apartment knowing that the shower was not working and never told me until i transferred 6 months rent plus the security deposit. The shower would take weeks to fix as per the porter and plumber. Was dealing with Amirah, she told me she didn’t know, whilst she had an email from the landlord asking her to tell me about the shower issue before i transfer the money. The only way i got out of it was because the landlord was decent and terminated the contract. Avoid.

Absolutely brilliant team, I can only recommend. I've been in touch with Vijay, from the first viewing until picking up the keys. Very professional, calm and trustworthy, always there for that extra mile. I've been stressing him with phone calls early mornings and late nights, writing dozens of emails, he always replied even on his annual leave or day off, just to make sure I'm always updated with the latest info and every documentation to make me rest assured that I'm not being left alone or forgotten. We were mislead by the agency to believe that all our initial request regarding a tenancy will be fulfilled before we moved in. In fact until the date we got the keys they were hiding the fact that so far no work in the apartment was done and we even had to move in in a very dirty apartment. We had to move out before we even started to live there because till the last moment there was no plan when and how the work will be done and the environment in the flat was not inhabitation friendly. We had to take our case with a solicitor as we met further complications with the agency. We had to keep our stuff in storage and pay lots of $$$ and now thanks to the agency we don't have a home during this difficult time of quarantine!!!! Up to date our problems with them are still not resolved! Very disappointing experience!

Moved into the flat and it was poorly cleaned - dusty, dirty carpets, insects in the carpet. We sent pictures and asked for it to be cleaned and they kept ignoring our emails. In addition, they "made a mistake" about the actual costs they quoted for several services "freely" included in the building. Would avoid.

My wife and I were working with Claire and Kerl. They are amazing. All delays that happend from third parties were solved by them. We asked about many things because UK flat renting is different, and always receive answers less than an hour, even on weekends. I am apreciate, how this guys helped us to get a flat that we wanted. I was shown around by a lovely agent called Natalie. She was very friendly and gave me lots of advise as well as providing a good knowledge of the area - Aldgate. The website is good in general. Very good photos etc and well displayed. The interactive floor plans are a bit broken but no real issue. Got into contact with them through Rightmove and received info on the property I chose within a day and they even gave me more to look at. Overall a good experience.

When it comes to finding property, foxtons wapping is great. The sales team there is amazing, and so is the rental team. The process of finding a property to rent has never been so painless, and so was the paperwork. Very nice team of people. However, the management of the properties is shocking. The person in charge of maintenance has absolutely no care for the tenants, so do bear that in mind when you are about to rent an old-ish type of flat that might require some work from time to time. If anything breaks, you are on your own, may it be endangering or not. Access to management is opaque, and you are tied to one person with no one else willing to help. Would stay away from Foxtons for any rentals.

Claire helped me a lot in many ways to find a flat and all the process to moving in. I had a viewing with her Friday and needed to move in the new place within next Saturday. When I explained all my situation she said she will make it for me and SHE DID IT! I successfully moved in to new flat on next Friday! She managed all the process only for 4 days.
