I cannot rave enough about fabulous Nneka has been in my flat search. Despite giving her really difficult criteria, she was able to find me several properties, and she accompanied me to each one fully equipped with the notes on each place and prepared for any question. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and truthfully I really enjoyed visiting properties with her as she's a lovely, lovely girl, incredibly patient and a great laugh (and a very good driver!). She came across so invested in my search, was very professional and also just the friendliest estate agent I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. I worked with Mr. Andrea Puddu from the Wapping agency and it was a great pleasure. He made the process of finding and renting a property go very smoothly and he helped me with all my questions. His replies came very fast and he had a great and friendly attitude. Unlike other agents that I met, I felt like Andrea was really trying to help me find the best place for my needs, not just trying to score a bigger commision. The best!!! The wonderful team at LudlowThompson - especially Amirah - who was super supportive and adaptable for me as I am a key worker and cannot make 9-5 viewings so she came late/weekends. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

Absolutely terrible experience with my deposit. Wasn't made aware that I can protect my deposit against claims that were faults of their cleaning service. 100% would NOT recommend. They don't vet the fairness of charges and absolutely do not protect you as tenants. Absolutely horrible terrible experience.

I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. Jake of LT Docklands has been excellent from start to finish in helping us let our flat. I met numerous letting agents at the start of the process but opted for Jake because (a) I felt like he was straight with us from the start - rather than giving us the schmooze that we got from other local agents - and (b) he was super responsive and helpful with email communications and calls. To cap it all - and entirely against our expectations - he managed to secure us tenants within a week, even though it was in December (which we'd been told was the quietest time of year). This is not a cheap process but you get what you pay for. We have been extremely pleased, would definitely use LT again and would not hesitate to recommend Jake and his colleagues.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.
