Answers to all questions (service charge, length of lease, ground rent, rental value etc) were either known or researched and followed-up very quickly without prompting - a very uncommon (!), welcome, professional, value adding service and ambassador for the firm. GoogleI had an excellent viewing last night with Natalie in Aldgate East. She was very informative and helpful, an excellent sales agent who knew the property well. I had a second viewing, this time with Luke. He was also superb. Warm, friendly and extremely well prepared. He was also very punctual and waiting for us at the property (sometimes a rarity)
