It's my first time to rent an apartment in UK, luckily I met Jason Segovia of Foxtons:D He's professional and very effective. He called me for a visit before I check posts on rightmove, making deal and sign contract in the SAME DAY. There's nothing to complain, nothing to worry about Jason. He's fantastic! As a Hong Konger who immigrated to the UK for the first time, I am unfamiliar with life. Fortunately, I met Jason Segovia from foxtons. He is as efficient as the Hong Kong people. Excellent service. I was able to contact a Foxtons agent Antoniya Jackson, and the service she provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend Sonny Rogers from Foxtons Canary Wharf Estate Agents office. He has showed me a few properties on my home searching journey and he has helped me to secure a deal of the flat I have decided to buy in the area that I love. Sonny has been very helpful and responsive in liaising with my and the seller's solicitors to speed up the exchange of the contracts as well as liaising with the seller to ensure all my queries are answered quickly. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Sonny and would certainly use this Estate agency again for either buying another property or selling.

Sonny Rogers is the ultimate professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Sonny dealt with my sale and purchase and if it wasn't for his time, care, attention, pro-activeness and support, the transactions would have fallen through. I instructed Foxtons after being messed around on my sale by another agent and so I was without a buyer and my purchase was at an advanced stage but Sonny worked extremely hard to find me another buyer in a short timescale ensuring that my purchase stayed on track. His communication was excellent throughout and he meticulously followed up on every question I had and even now is helping on post-completion queries. I was also very impressed by Sonny's manager Thomas Holmes who kept a close eye on progress and would check in at appropriate times which was very much appreciated. Foxtons were brilliant - from the initial viewings all the way through to the Completion of the sale. Billy Brooks was my key contact at Foxtons and the knowledge, responsiveness, support and time management that he brought to this sale was the key to it's success. Where other parties (sellers lawyers, mortgage advisors etc) were slower at responding or lacked attention to detail surrounding the queries being raised, Billy always ensured that he was doing everything within his power, in addition to continually going over and above for the last 4 months to help me get what was required to drive this sale to a close. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

Terrible experience with this agency both as tenant and as a home buyer. Staff is unresponsive, careless and sloppy. They cancel appointments at short notice and do not follow up to rearrange. Most of their communication is incorrect and they need to be constantly chased to rectify. As a tenant, they refunded my deposit two months after the landlord’s green light, when it should have been 10 days.

The property management service is very poor. Communication is awful. You wait days for an unhelpful response. Even for important things like being unable to lock the door. I guess once the commission is paid, there's no incentive to treat tenants well. Our tap has been leaking for 5 months. The flat was below standard when we moved in. We had negotiated new carpets - but this was not done. The floor, balcony and toilets were dirty. We only had one key, and after 7 months we still haven't received a key for our mailbox!! The kitchen was filled with dirty crockery and cooking equipment left by the landlord. The vacuum cleaner didn't work. The chairs were old and damaged. The shelves were missing supports. To withdraw from your contract early expect to pay a fee of about 2.4× the monthly rent The service while you're looking for flats is good however. David Morgan was very helpful in our search. The staff in the branch are also helpful and pleasant to speak to. Unfortunately the property management is unacceptable which outweighs these positives

I've worked with David from Foxtons to find a new 2-bedroom flat to rent in Canary Wharf. He has exceeded my expectations in every way because of his honesty, professionalism and responsiveness. I had to rent the flat without seeing the premises due to covid.
