GoogleI recently went through a house sale with the Canary Wharf Foxtons and would highly recommend Stuart Harris. In what was a complex conveyancing process, Stuart was always calm and responsive to any email i had. He was always happy to reassure me over a phone call and bring the solicitors together to get the sale over the line. Thank you Stuart for helping us reach a new chapter in our lives!

Throughout the process, she was very professional, friendly, and communicative, always keeping me informed and answering any questions I had. I contacted ONE agent for a specific property viewing, and it has turned into a total nightmare. I am being hounded by at least FOUR different colleagues from this branch. The frequency is beyond unprofessional, I just received 2 calls in the span of 5 minutes.

As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

GoogleCalled to query about a property to buy and I asked for the cost of the service charge. Instead of asking me, the agent asked me 20 questions during the course of 10 minutes and still kept on asking and asking, without the willingness and readiness to share the cost of the service charge in the name of qualifying buyers. I told him I have answered 20 questions and how many more questions do I need to answer before he will be able to qualify me as a buyers and share the service charge number. The question was not answered and more and more questions keep on coming, still in the name of qualifying buyers. Felt really very uncomfortable. I asked to speak with his senior and it was refused. I ask for foxton complain handling process. It was fused to be provided verbally.

GoogleWe just completed the tenancy agreement, and I have to admit that Donovan E. has helped us a lot. He is very enthusiastic and friendly, helping us from finding a good apartment that suits our needs, to helping us talk with the landlord. Next, he also helped us with a very quick and effective rental procedure. Thanks to him, the rental process went very smoothly for us. We greatly appreciate that. In the future, if we need to rent a property in a similar area, we will definitely ask for Donovan's help again!

GoogleI was working with Donovan at the Canary office and his service was outstanding. His knowledge of the market and area was super helpful in finding my property. He rolled out the red carpet treatment and showed me 5 different locations personally and always kept me informed throughout the process. GoogleWOW! Seriously they could not have been more helpful. It was so so hard to get anyone to respond at all, and then we spoke to Antoniya, and she solved the problem. The apartment we wanted was not available, so she found one better. There were some issues with documents - she just solved it. She communicated so well, she took responsibility and just solved the problems. We already asked her to help with our next let. I am just so thankful for her first class service and efficiency.

GoogleMy moving experience is fab! I would like to give credit to Foxton Canary Wharf office, especially Nathlyn, she is extremely warm and helpful. I contact her for a property and was already let, she immediately help me find similar options with even better deals. I can't believe I find a perfect place in canary wharf in only one day! And the process is also easy and efficient. The office staff are also warm when I went there collect my keys.

GoogleFantastic service. Foxtons was chosen based on promising statistics online, and they did not fail to deliver. Sale of our flat was completed quicker than we anticipated. Peter Chojnacki was great, always in touch so that we knew how things were progressing. Peter went the extra mile for us and even hand delivered contracts to our new home so they could be sorted quickly. Fantastic estate agent. I recommend their service as they were much better than the two estate agents used previously. Third time lucky!

GoogleI have to highly recommend Grace Casely at Foxtons Canary Wharf estate agent. We are a newly graduated couple and renting the right property was not an easy task for us as we also have a pet. Until we met Grace, we were very satisfied with her excellent professional knowledge and warm service attitude, and she had a high response rate, which was reassuring. I must say that she is very professional and puts tremendous effort in her work. She is also extremely responsive. Grace and her team negotiated the terms with the landlord and kept us updated throughout. Before we met Grace, it was very difficult to find any suitable property given how hot london property market is. But Grace made our journey super easy. I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.
