Patrick has been an incredible agent with unmatched politeness and expertise. He's definitely an outlier among many agents I've met. As a landlord I only have praise for Ernest Brooks. When problems come up with tenants they are helpful, constructive and professional. In particular Habib has been particularly helpful with a recent tenant problem. On the other side I have always had 100% positive experience finding tenants through them in a timely and competent fashion. Would recommend them to any landlord.

So after 2 amazing years in the flat, I have moved out. But I have to mention how great it was renting with EB! When we saw the flat, we were the first ones to make an offer - Yujin was very helpful with the viewing and all the information; Ramesh who accepted and worked out all the paperwork for the lease, got us properly settled in. He's been looking after us over those 2 years and has been more than outstanding. Any question, any issue...anything - he was there to help/support and make sure we were happy. Samantha is the best sales progressor that a seller and a buyer could ask for. Sam, Elliot, and Anthony were friendly, professional, and responsive. At times my transaction ran into difficulties and each time Sam and team were able to hear the views and needs of all parties and suggest a pathway forward. At the end the transaction was very time-sensitive and Sam was chasing third-parties many times, often having to hold for hours on the phone, only to get a response and to progress the transaction. It has been a great pleasure working with Sam and team and I would really recommend their service.

From the first conversation Patrick was efficient, friendly and professional, on the viewing shared ideas on the potential the house had in regards to possibly le expansions, decor etc. When speaking of my concerns listened and didn’t just brush them off for a pushy sale and showed understanding. The words..... 'Estate Agent' normally sends shivers down your spine. That was certainly my experience with the firm I used prior to Ernest Brooks International. I want to shout from the rooftop about this company! Here are a few words to describe my experience. Honest, Professional, Helpful, Kind and Empathetic. They made me feel like I was their only client. Particularly want to sing the praises of Samantha and Paul. So professional! As a buyer I feel like Ernest Brooks has operated fairly and smoothly throughout the entire process. Emma Draper, my agent, was absolutely brilliant. Incredible team wide professionalism, communication, approach and overall experience.I only used Ernest-Brooks through Hallam's persistence and eventually decided to give them ago. I cannot express strongly enough how glad I am to have made this decision (and wish I went with them with my other property sold a short while earlier). I am extremely happy with the sale they have managed to achieve and in the time frame. Hats off to Emma Draper for her excellent work in securing a bid above asking price. John Chung has kept me regularly updated, and Samantha is now doing a great job with the paperwork. Then there were the other Agents as well who also achieved strong bids (but I eventually had to go with one) and the surveyor who did a great job in highlighting the great features of my property and doing it justice.All in all, I have dealt with 6+ different individuals. There is an honest togetherness about this company and it has been an exceptionally pleasant and stress free experience.
