GoogleI've been extremely happy with the service, especially as expat coming to London. E-B guys, I was lucky to work with Jason, were able to arrange an apartment viewing very quickly (in a matter of hours if I recall correctly) in the building I wanted according to all the mentioned criteria . Again, as an expat, it has been very helpful to have E-B agent guiding me through the process of making an offer, validating the references etc. in the shortest time possible (as I had to still go back to my country of origin). E-B agent was also very direct in communication with no attempts to stretch contract length, price etc (which I actually experienced with other agency), but was able to suggest a good compromise with the landlord. Overall, my experience with EB has been extremely positive, I feel like I can rely on these guys as my trusted advisors in terms of my property needs and wants.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

FacebookExtremely happy with the service, as expat with minor knowledge on central london I was lucky to work with Radya and Michael, they were able to arrange an apartment viewing very quickly (in a matter of hours if I recall correctly) I made an offer and they were straight to validating the references etc. I move in next week (in lockdown) and am sure the same service will continue. EB all round has been extremely positive, I feel like I can rely on these guys.

GoogleThe best property agency I've come across: and that is among the three countries I've lived throughout my life so far! Finding the suitable property was flawless with their help and the services is of utmost professionalism. I was trying to find a home after graduating uni near my future office. My property consultant Yujin Ee was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and negotiated the perfect deal with the flat owner, and also gave me a few very useful tips for getting around the new neighbourhood. My new home was handed over to in perfect condition with a full set of high quality furniture. Compared to the very bad experiences my friends have told me about renting a flat with many other property agencies, I have literally nothing to be unhappy about at all. Highly recommend to anyone finding a home in London!

GoogleThe customer service is great. My agent was Yujin and he was extremely helpful and responsive. He was not only helpful when it came to negotiations, but also when it came to refunding my deposit. Especially in these times where there is a very high demand on properties, Yujin stayed calm and helped everyone. We should motivate such employees to keep it up.

GoogleI was renting a 2 bedroom apartment with a friend of mine with the help of agents from Ernest- Brooks. Unfortunately there were some issues from my friend and I's side that, in the end, made us withdraw from renting the apartment despite having already paid the reservation and Agency fees (these were non-refundable as per the contract we had signed). I was overseas at the time and despite that, not only did the Director of Ernest-Brooks, Maciej Rutkowski, personally call me internationally to address all of my concerns in regards to the property, he also liaised with the property owner in an attempt to facilitate a way in which we can get the apartment. Having said that, despite his best efforts we had decided to withdraw our offer. The thing that genuinely impressed me out of this whole process, is that the Director then offered to partially refund some of our deposit just out of pure good will. I am exceedingly grateful for all their time and effort and am honestly impressed. I don't normally review any companies but I felt that this was an exceptional situation and they deserve some recognition for their efforts!!
