Jeyda is the most helpful agent I've ever worked with! She updated me on new properties that matched my criteria several times a day. Dealt with Afzal from the Canary wharf branch and I didn't even continue with this agency based solely on the experience I had with him, despite loving some of their properties. On every single occasion he was rude, passive aggressive and spoke with not an ounce of emotion in his voice when dealing with me. I have worked in customer service for YEARS and I understand that some days you don't want to face customers so I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time. However, after experiencing it twice, the next two times I wasn't putting up with it.Dexter's please train your employees. It doesn't cost anything to at least fake that you care about something other than quick money.
