Danny in the maintenance has been very helpful with my washing machine, he gave me step by step instructions whilst on the phone which were easy to follow and hopefully an engineer would not need to waste their time coming out. Harvey was our sales agent for rentals. I'd been trying to sort out accommodation at very short notice but with a very specific brief. I popped in to the Canary Wharf branch and was very well looked after from start to finish. A viewing was arranged promptly, all the relevant checks were fast-tracked, landlord negotiation completed almost overnight and before you knew it, we were into the apartment.
