GoogleThe overall feeling is good, Kathy would like to give full marks. She sat opposite the door and was very enthusiastic. Mainly because she could speak Chinese, it really saved a lot of communication barriers! Later follow-up with the landlord and check-in and other matters were arranged very thoughtfully and properly. Although the landlord was very difficult to deal with, thanks to Kathy's communication, we were able to check in on time and on time. You know how rare this is among British agencies! ! My previous experience of renting a house made me almost have no hope in the service of British agents. All the credit this time goes to Kathy, so I will definitely recommend it to everyone if I have such a good agency! ! The overall feeling is not bad, I will give Kathy a perfect score. She is very enthusiastic and can speak Mandarin and English which can save a lot of time in communication. She will actively fight for the rights of our tenants, and the efficiency is very high, she can almost finish everything in one day. In short, very recommended!

GoogleI am writing to commend Mr. Wei Huang, who recently acted on our behalf in the sale of our property in Windsor. During this difficult period in the housing market, Mr Huang has been exemplary in his helpfulness and commitment to finding the best buyer for the house. Throughout, he kept in close contact and explained proceedings in reassuring detail. Once a buyer was found, he helped us negotiate the best price, remaining practical but also working to our advantage. The process of contract exchange and completion, liaison with our and the buyer’s solicitors, and finalisation of all the small details involved in a complex transaction was all eased immeasurably by Mr. Huang‘s advice and close attention. We would recommend him without reservation.

The sales agent - Mary Cai is such a wonderful lady, very attentive and has great knowledge of every property we were viewing. She really understood our needs and spoke things from our points of view. She helped us to negotiate the price with the seller and got us a great deal :).
