A piece of bathroom marble, 2.5 ft wide, was found to be detached and likely to fall off at any time. I quickly reported the incident to Chase Evans this morning before 9:00am. Thanks for the most efficient follow up by my property manager Louis of East Region Team, the issue has been fixed by 2:30p.m. this afternoon. The service provided by Louis of East Region Team far exceeds my expectation! Thank you very much for Louis's prompt response, professional service and sincere help!
