Racist, you will not get your deposit for month and months, they will find all random excuses not to pay, they will try to deduct as much as they can from deposit. They will put 400£ cleaning fees plus on top of that extra for an absolute clean flat. They assume if you are Asian you have money and would not care

Highly efficient, easy to deal with and made moving as simple as possible. I would highly recommend these agents and would like to thank Darnell and the team for restoring the faith that there are quality letting agents out there and for looking after me.

GoogleI have used Chase Evans as Managing Agents for my apartment since 2009. I have had no problems with them. They have always marketed my apartment in a timely manner, finding tenants for me to minimise periods when the apartment is empty. No issues with check-ins, checkouts, inventory etc. This time round, Lauren has been taking care of me. She has been excellent in keeping me updated and has been very efficient.
