I would like to thank Kareena Bhurosah of South Property Management team for the extra effort. New regulations require all homes let in the UK to have a valid EICR by April 2021. Tenant has lost the original copy, but Kareena took an extra step to reach out to block management to retrieve a copy of the same, saving myself £24 admin fee.

GoogleVery high turnover in property managers and no one has ever dealt promptly with issues at the my property. Always have to chase them multiple times to do the smallest thing and takes ages to do anything
