GoogleMy experience was really bad. Their management is super bad. I was talking to a staff named Aryola Brami who gave us a confirmation to view an apartment one day before but cancelled it last moment. For two of the properties, they had no keys and couldn't get hold off the tenants- CLEAR MANAGEMENT ISSUE. The staff is also not flexible. On being asked to wait from 11:20 till around 6pm, I was quite flexible but when it came to changing their diary, they straight away rejected. They don't really value customer's time. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! MY HUSBAND AND I ARE VERY VERY FRUSTRATED. She knew it very well that we had to take a decision today but still proposed for Monday without even giving a guarantee that a viewing can be confirmed. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT

Therefore, we would never enter an occupied property without the tenant’s full approval, although the keys for the apartment may be available with the development’s concierge. In the unfortunate case of yours, we couldn’t obtain the tenant’s approval in time. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused and especially if we had wasted your valuable time. Should you wish to give us another chance, we would like to assign another member of our staff to assist you with the search assuring you can view the chosen apartment at the convenient time, subject to the current tenant’s approval too. Scammers, Never rent a property from them. I have been renting in UK for over 8 years and had worst experience with them (and later I found out that its not just me).1. No support from property manager for issues 2. Would not return deposit for over 6 months (quiet common)3. Worst property management and communication
