They never give to us the deposit back when we have left the house. They founded any excuse to keep it. So just make sure when you leave the flat or you enter in the flat you take pictures of every single thing

GoogleFantastic service and follow-up. I had many vieweings with Darnell McDonald from the Pan Peninsula office. He was constructive, provided good information about the area and always found good options with the budget I had in mind. After choosing which apartment to go for, Darnell was efficient and secured the property very quickly - it was a very seamless process.
