I dealt with Chase Evans after a horrible experience with another estate agent. Moving flat/house (especially in London) is generally very stressful and it’s rare not to have any complications. But what you hope for is a responsive, understanding and highly competent agent/agency to help you deal with those complications. I found Chase Evans ticked all those boxes. Credit goes to the agent I dealt with, Darnell, whom I found particularly responsive and was helpful on multiple occasions throughout the move. Now, I’m in a flat that I like very much.

Mariam Bey (Chase Evans) I am not one to write reviews, however given the exceptional diligence and care demonstrated by Mrs. Mariam Bey I had to write a public recommendation. I can confidently state that Mariam has the skills and competence to aid both tenants and landlords find their ideal counterparts. I personally have found it incredibly difficult to find a suitable place to live in London, particularly in soaring demand and critical time constraints, however Mariam has tirelessly worked to ensure my experience was near care free. She instilled confidence and trustworthiness immediately with fast responses and a keen understanding of the London housing market far superior to other agents I have been in contact with. It is for these aforementioned reasons and many more that I can only give Mariam my highest praise and recommendations, there is no need to look further for an agent once you have her.

I bought, rented and now sold my flat via Chase Evans. The sale was managed by Mr. Simon Rowe. First of all they offered me the loyalty discount and I think they offered a very competitive contract. They valued my flat inline with my expectations. They found the buyer in only one week. So in one week the sale agreement was done. However, I had to accept the offer which was ~1.5% less than my target value. I think again in the given financially fluctuating circumstances, ~1.5% excursion can be acceptable. Although they went live with really good photos and videos in all of the digital ad platforms; they found the buyer from their investors pool. So I think they have a good direct and indirect network among the investors. They were very transparent throughout the process and put the emphasis when needed by effective and efficient communication. Basically what they say is what they do and as a person who does not like surprises I have been happy to do business with them. Special thanks to Mr. Simon Rowe.

Dear Team,I recently moved into 521 Cutmore rope property IG11 7GT. I am glad with the services provided by Mr.Saleem who was apparently courteous helpfull and helped us with this property.However I am disappointed knowing the fact that The rent I am paying for includes the Balcony as well which I will not be able to use for entire tenure of my 1 year as a notice shows that 38 weeks WIP and hence it is locked completely and I have no access to the patio. And this is completely unacceptable and was unaware of. Secondly my next door is 522 is infested with Bed Bugs and there is powder all over the corridor till my door and I was never made aware of this and this comes with a shock and I am disabled with Diabetic and on insulin and love to stay in a hygienic place and apparently it doesn't seem like one.The house was told would be provided clean to me However If you may please come in and check the boiler area shelves and see how dusty and dirty it is.I was made aware of Microwave However doesn't seem to have one.So this is just within 24hrs of move in I came across. Hence this really makes it very disappointing which ultimately makes me think 100 times when it comes to Chase Evans.And last not the least I deliberately asked way before move in about the broadband as we need to work from Home and was informed that it is matter of an hour once you move in and call the provider hyperoptic will connect you and now to my surprise the consigre desk informed that hyperoptic is banned in this property and I am stuck as I called and ordered router from them. And to be more shocking I was just told a day before move in that router is not available and have to get one for which I was repeteadly following up knowing its importance and I am in such a mess now because of this.Hence this total experience is really so appaling and bitter. Hence would never recommend or fancy Chase Evans.Its a strict NO.RegardsHirok Poddar
