Hi, I will be leaving an extremely fair review for this awful company since they dont even deserve a star, as soon as i book with them, I found out the same flat in the building was £600 more cheaper than i rented for, when i asked them why, they could not tell me anything, and since I already paid them 6 months of rent in advance, i was not able to do much, when i come to the flat the kitchen walls had smear it was discusting and the sofa with all the chairs were so filthy, I have no idea how the previous tenant was able to live in the flat, as soon as I moved in, I made them clean it, however after 6 months, they blamed me that i made the smears etc. Even the guy who came from check out report company said to me, why did you move into this flat, it does not look good etc. this is how deceiving they are, and now they are trying to steal my deposit. by charging me £315 cleaning invoice for the 1 bedroom flat, I have already cleaned the house very demandingly. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THIS MONEY THIRST DISCUSTING COMPANY. MY LAWYER IS TAKING THEM TO THE COURT AND I DONT WISH THIS ANYONE TO BE TIME WASTED AND ABUSED LIKE THIS

I am delighted with the help and support of Mr Xin Guo who managed my property in couple of occasions. He arranged all necessary actions in a timely manner and in a responsible manner to fully address the issues that I have experienced within my flat. I couple occasions that I had chance to talk with him over the phone, I learnt that he is a responsible and polite manager. I got a very good news from Kimberly Fernandes, East Property Management, just now. She did very good job which is out of my expectations. Our ex-tenants which came from overseas may not familar with the local practices of the check out processes. Even the inspection was done by third party, they challenged every item picked up. Kimberly finally got their agreement for the dilapidation proposed after 3 months!!

at the CHECK OUT they try to get money for everything, they asked me an exorbitant price to fix a toilet and a light bulb, when I refuse to pay it, they told me that we have to reach an agreement and that this is the price and when I threaten to make a complaint to My DEposit, they instantly lower the price to half, I continue negotiating and they continue lowering it.

I moved in to my apartment managed and leased by chase Evans, the apartment was missing some arrangements, after a talking and bouncing through a few people, I spoke to ms Lee Chen and my experience with chase Evans peaked, she was very helpful, took time to listen to all my concerns, related to all of them, and re-assured me that she would handle them, in a very timely manner she did, she contacted the landlord in a very timely manner and cordinated very professionally between the two parties, she cared very much about my problems and took interest. I'm very pleased with he professionalism and dedication to her job as well as caring to help people in distress.
