I would like to take this opportunity to single out one employee of Chase Evans property management for special praise namely, the property manager Edmund >> Edmund assisted me for over a year with any issue I have during my tenancy and in each occasion he was able to sort out the best solution. He always followed up the repair to make sure the outcome was lasting and consolidated. > I believe that employees are a vital resource for a business. Chase Evans has been the letting agency of my property at 71 Panoramic Tower in London for the last ten years.Chase Evans provided very outstanding services to me.Specially for the latest Tenancy Renewal service in this April, the Renewals Negotiator at Chase Evans, Davide Frongia gave me so much help on handling the rental and other terms negotiations.Since I live in China now, it is very difficult for me to know exactly the up-to-date market conditions and tenants' rental expectations.Davide Frongia not only responsed my queries promptly, but also gave me very detailed directions and explainations on current market conditions.Also, Davide gave me very timely and good suggestion on adjustment of my rental expectation. Finally we reach agreement on a new rental which is satisfied by both the tenants and me in just three days.
