Danish Ashraf has taken “Extra Miles” to reach out to me via Whatsapp and not the norm of purely e-mail. As a result, He solved my queries and issues instantly.Especially when I was Travelling to the UK and needed Confirmation on Tenant issues, he assisted me immediately. Without him, I would not have been able to check on my Properties in the small time Frame I had in London. Please let him be an example to all agents dedicated to Customer Service. I have been in a property managed by Chase Evans for about a year. I think I have had 4-5 different property managers. Have never received an email from them letting me know that my property is managed by someone else and therefore, my calls are not often answered. Requested several issues to be fixed. Some are still (after almost a year) being chased to be fixed. Very poor experience and they care very little about what their customers think. If you can (I know it’s difficult in this crazy housing market), choose a different letting agency.
