DO NOT USE CHASE EVANS!

THE REVIEWS ARE MANIPULATED!In the first 2 months you moving in, they will offer support and help, but for the problems they coulnd't fix, they will tell you to wait. So that in the end of the first 2 months, they will ask for reviews! Which normally turn out good. You can see that the reviews are very general, and not from end to end (Unless they wrote themselves, obviously).However, the problems come after that!DEPOSITS NOT ABLE TO CLAIM!After my end of tenancy, I hired professional cleaners + leave their items in a black bag in the room. However, when trying to get back the deposits, they charged me for not cleaning + not keeping their items (they didnt bother to check the black bags, even when I asked them to). Furthermore, for the doors that were unable to use from the beginning, and the doors they couldn't fix when I asked them, THEY CHARGED THEM TOO!! Also, for any items or cracks on the wall they could find, they would use against you. It doesnt matter if the check-in and check-out report is the same or different, they would charge for any damages they see in the check-out report! What funny is that, this flat is like 10 years old. So yes, more than 90% of my deposit was gone.Like I said earlier, the problems they couldn't fix, they will leave it. This happens to my balcony door, which can not be locked. I'm living on the second floor, but next to my flat is a small storage that you can climb from. Some nights can be hard to sleep knowing you are living in a not-so-peaceful place.

Chase Evans is really irresponsible…

Chase Evans is really irresponsible agent. They are super slow on maintaining stuff and irresponsible in handling documents/procedures when tenants leave. They sent a check-out report after I moved out over 40 days and then did not reply to the email until the dispute right elapsed (3 months after the moving date). It is my responsibility to raise a dispute with My Deposit, but can Chase Evans say it is coincident for them to mention the dispute right on the first day it expires and they have no responsibility when no one answered my email?The reason for the lateness is so ridiculous. The property manager left the company and no one take care of my case? They sent the guidance of deposit at the beginning of the tenant contract and did not mention/explain it at the end of the contract, then waited until the deposit dispute right elapsed to reply to the case. It is a huge trap for the ones who have less tenant experience and are innocent. Please consider carefully before you choose Chase Evans!!!!
