GoogleAgent was lovely but the property she showed us wasn't for us. When I phoned up again for another property, she was quick to tell us that the new property was not for us based on what we'd seen of the first property so that was very much appreciated :)

GooglePhil and Chloe were great to have in ‘our corner’, they were responsive, professional and caring of our needs and sensitive to our pressures. Despite some hiccups over the chain they rose to the challenges and eased the path to a successful move, for which we were are very grateful.

GoogleEfficient sale service. Fantastic 3D scan of house added to online details and photographs. Initial slow contact about viewings and feedback from these. However, overall good communication, respected our wishes to not have a sale board and kept us informed of booked surveys or utility checks.

GooglePeter & the Team at the Whitchurch office. Thank you for your professional but friendly approach in selling our property. Communication has been excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way, even when, at times, there's not a lot happening. It's good to be kept in the loop. I was never made to feel a nuisance, when, at times, I'm sure I was! Would definitely recommend Greenwoods, Gilda Parade.

GoogleEveryone I have interacted with at Greenwoods Property Center has always been professional, kind, and quick to answer my questions. I have requested a few tours of the property and they have always been helpful in setting up meetings as the owner stayed until the day of completion. Other estate agencies I have dealt with, while still looking for a property, have been unclear and not as professional as Greenwoods Property Center staff has been from the start. I will certainly recommend this real estate agency, in case people I know need a reliable and professional agency.

GoogleThey were good throughout my tenancy, but they were very punitive and super pernickety at the end of my tenancy (I didn't get anything back from my deposit - despite leaving the flat in a good condition/state of cleanliness).

GoogleStay away from them. We rented a flat through them for 2.5 years: when entering the property we found it to be dirty and reported this to both the landlord and the agency( nothing was done), cooker was broken and we spent our first 3 days having to buy ready to eat food, carpet in the bedroom was replaced during our first week in the flat which meant us having to sleep on our sofa in the living room and having our chest of drawers,wardrobes, bed frame and mattress all around the living area. After few months, we noticed a leak coming from the flat above and that bathroom ceiling was getting mouldy and reported this to the agency(Lisa Pearson) who told us they do not deal with any maintenance. We reported this to the landlord who gave us a dehumidifier and told us to keep our windows open. Although we sent pictures of the leak, it took the landlord 2 years to have the leak repaired and just after this she gave us eviction notice telling us she would give the flat to her daughter. Of course, this was communicated to us by the agency and then after we left the property was put again on the market. During the tenancy one of the radiators was falling down from the wall, we reported it to the landlord who wanted us to pay for the repair although not having caused it. At the end of tenancy, Greenwood magically became responsible for any maintenance issue and wanted to retain almost £800 out of £920 deposit on behalf of the landlord. They wanted us to pay for extra cleanings and for 50% of whole flat decoration cost, we accepted some of the charges but we’re not willing to pay for the whole flat decoration.They tried to discourage us to submit a claim with the deposit protection scheme but we decided to submit your evidences and eventually got away paying 70% less. The adjudicator analysed evidences of both parties and found the property was left in better conditions than it initially was and that redecoration was to be paid by the landlord since the flat was decorated 6.5 years before we entered. In short, make sure you keep evidence of any issue and conversation with them, they will try to charge you for anything and never support you during the tenancy.

GoogleBy far the best estate agents we have ever dealt with. Quick to respond, no-nonsense, gave us a sensible valuation and then sold our house at what they valued it at within a week. Brilliant all the way through the process, even when our sellers, their agency, their solicitors, and our solicitors were all being slow, Greenwoods were the reliable steadying force through the whole process. I would wholeheartedly recommend them, and Pete Lawson in particular (though all the staff were great) to anyone looking to sell or buy a house anywhere they do business.

GoogleAll round good experience. it was overly prolonged, but through no fault of our agent. In fact, they did all they could to speed up the process and were the most important clog in keeping the machine moving. Friendly, easy to contact, knowledgeable, and efficient at their game, they are a valuable player to have on your team.
