GoogleI have just had to report this company to the ICO for refusing my data access request. Avoid at all costs as they do not seem to understand the rules of GDPR. Very rude staff also. They don't understand GDPR rules and have no want to learn. Was told I am no longer allowed to phone them and they would refuse my GDPR access request

GoogleThis is my first experience of purchasing a property, Greenwoods were excellent. Always quick to answer the phone and help with any queries, they send text reminders with regards to your viewing which is great & also let us have an additional viewing on the property to show my parents even after we had agreed the sale. Pete from Whitchurch branch was really helpful & friendly, he helped push the process through by contacting both solicitors & he called me a couple of weeks prior to completion basically letting me know all the things to expect with exchange & completion and made sure I had everything ready which was helpful. On the day I picked up my keys from the office I was handed a bunch of flowers and a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Greenwoods again in the future. Thanks again for helping us find our first home.

First time buying a house, and we had excellent support from Greenwoods. we would highly recommend anyone who are buying a house to do it with Greenwoods. The branch manager Pete, was very helpful all the way through the process and even offered advice and help with what to do on completion date. when completion date arrived and we were able to collect the keys, greenwoods gave us some gifts to congratulate us on our purchase. Greenwoods thank you for everything.

I've no complaints, only good points to make - for a while, i felt the guide price was too low and the purchasers got too good a bargain. Now in the clear light of day and away from the logic of deal-making, I'm glad the process happened the way it did. I was in charge of decision-making but yet there was a lot of back-up at the right time. Louise's comment "getting a buyer is the easy bit, but getting the deal approved is where the work is !" was very apt. So well done all round, because it's a team effort including myself in that whole conversation .. the other thing that really matters is the trust issue and this is a strong point for Greenwoods

It has been fashionable to sneer at estate agents for years, (along with bankers, accountants, lawyers etc). However, I have used the company 3 times in the last 20 years and every time, they have worked very hard and delivered. In the latest move, it was only Greenwoods working closely with my lawyer, who seemed to be holding a long chain together and keeping all parties focused on getting to exchange. They earned every penny of their fee. I do not hesitate to recommended them.

The staff at the Whitchurch branch are friendly and helpful and as it was my first time selling they explained how the process worked and kept in contact throughout. The viewing process is straight forward and they send property info to everyone on the mailing list and they have email and text service reminders. My house took longer to go through then expected and they helped chase the buyer and solicitors when needed. I would recommend Greenwoods to people considering selling /buying.

GoogleGreenwoods lied about clauses in my tenancy contract and acted unfairly all the way through which resulted in losing my deposit. Get everything in writing and confirm what you have been told.. Or better still, make sure you choose another agency. Their tactics are a legalised form of theft.

I was very pleasantly surprised when dealing with Greenwoods. They usually replied to any queries quickly, much more efficiently that the other estate agents I was dealing with. They provided a very thorough starting pack in a ring binder with all relevant receipts attached to keep as a record. They were happy to spend plenty of time at the flat recording slight damages when we moved in and included detailed photos. So far so good.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
